More Than Just A Gym

Project Overview

ShredQuarters is a fast-growing fitness franchise known for its high-intensity training programmes and expanding network of locations. Their previous WIX website was outdated, slow, and filled with broken features, making it difficult for franchise owners to manage effectively. We redesigned the entire site on WordPress, building a modern, visually engaging platform with dedicated one-page websites for each location. The new setup allows franchisees to easily update content using simple, customisable templates. We also upgraded their hosting to high-speed cloud servers, boosting website performance by 95%. The revamped website now supports business growth and enhances ShredQuarters’ digital presence.

The Challenge

The main challenge was rebuilding ShredQuarters' outdated WIX-based website, which lacked dedicated pages for each franchise location. The platform was restrictive, making it difficult to implement custom pages for each franchisee. We had to address broken links, unstructured layouts, and a lack of flexibility in content management. Our task was to design a scalable solution that would enable easy content management for each franchise.
